Owner, Lead Wellness Coach
Kelly holds a BA in Communications and started her career in writing and editorial. In 2003, she completed a 300+ hour yoga teacher training and left hospital communications work to become a freelance writer and yoga instructor.
To deepen her practice in the ancient traditions, Kelly adopted a daily meditation practice and studies ancient yogic texts.
She will never forget the day when she was sharing her meditation experience and the hospital's Senior VP asked, "How can I access that kind of calm energy?" Ever since, Kelly has been passionate about bringing mindful leadership and yoga practices to workplaces.
