    Kelly Prentice

    Wellness Coach

    Kelly holds a BA in Communications and started her career in writing and public relations more than 15 years ago. In 2003, she completed a 200+ hour yoga teacher training and left hospital PR work to become a freelance writer and yoga instructor. In 2008, she started a family and returned to her love of ballet. To deepen her practice in the ancient traditions of yoga, Kelly adopted a daily meditation practice and studies ancient yogic texts at the Arsha Vidya Gurukulum in the Pocono Mountains. Kelly is thrilled to join Bija Initiative and bring ancient practices to cubicles everywhere.

    Leah Crescenzo

    Health & Wellness Coach

    Leah holds a BA in Communications and Graphic Design. She is a 500+ hour trained Yoga Teacher, Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, and an Ericksonian Hypnosis Master Practitioner recognized by the National Guild of Hypnotists. She believes stress has become an epidemic that can be managed in a productive way using self care practices such as yoga, meditation, nutrition and mindfulness.

    Leah enjoys a twice daily Vedic Meditation practice and is frequently trying to convince her 7 year old daughter to take part. In the end she believes in leading by example.

    Susan Lugo

    Managing Partner

    For the last 15 years Susan managed accounts and developed projects, involving B2B and B2C sales, retail design services, and startup expertise. She was the cofounder and managing partner of a retail design firm, which consulted to The Mills Corporation (acquired by Simon Properties). The global projects were $100MM+ fast-paced and complex. When Susan started her career, she was an architectural project coordinator for 10 years, following a rigorous education from UC Berkeley, and Marymount H.S. Susan is known as a lover of fresh food, yoga, hiking, rollerblading, beach volleyball and most of all sleep!
