The Heart Centered Meditation Leads Us Into 2018

The heart centered meditation is a wonderful practice for beginners, that we learned from Max Strom. Instead of asking us to be still or to release long-held thought patterns, this meditation encourages us to focus on the heart and embrace gratitude. It's a practice that Kelly and Leah often share in workplace yoga and meditation sessions.
